Educational Research for Social Change is an international peer–reviewed journal. The idea of educational research having the potential of being transformative – through its work with communities and through various participatory research approaches – is something that is still very new in many educational research circles. ERSC publishes conceptual papers and empirical research which draw on emancipatory paradigms and participatory methodologies and methods, and which have a change agenda, which is seen as critical in contributing to transformation in education. Article types published in the journal include Research articles and Conceptual papers, as well as Editorials, Conference Reports, Project Reports and Book Reviews. The publication language for articles, abstracts and keywords is English. The journal is published twice per annum in May and October, with an occasional special issue. The abbreviated key title is Educ. res. soc. change.. |
