Co-existence of early stage breast cancer, primary hyperparathyroidism and autoimmune thrombocytopenia has never been reported. While there is an increased prevalence of primary hyperparathyroidism in young patients with breast cancer, this is the first case report of early breast cancer with both primary hyperthyroidism and autoimmune thrombocytopenia.
