In the original article published, Mokala, N.T. & Khethoa, S.G., 2023, 'A depiction of Maphalla's message in his poems: The case of Ke ikopela tokoloho and Mahlo a ka tutuboloha', Literator 44(1), a1978, an author's name was incorrectly spelt as Khethoa. The correct spelling is Khetoa.

The publisher apologises for this error. The correction does not change the study's findings of significance or overall interpretation of the study's results or the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
