The journal publishes scholarly articles that examine society, culture and politics past and present from a critical social theory perspective. The journal strives to advance an international postcolonial discourse inspired by critical theory and applied to and/or generated in a local and regional (African) context. It is a forum for critical intellectual exchanges and debate.
