Basic Information

The South African Journal of Enology & Viticulture (SAJEV) was established in 1980 by the South African Society for Enology & Viticulture (SASEV) with the aim of publishing high quality research of South African and international scientists in Viticulture, Enology, Wine Biotechnology, Plant Biotechnology, Microbiology, Plant Pathology, Entomology and Soil Science.

The journal publishes the most recent results of both local and international research activities at the end of May and in December.

Its abbreviated key title is S. Afr. J. Enol. Vitic..
